10.15 a.m. Arrival of spokespersons from both parties

10.45 a.m. Photo Opportunity:
Presentation of Awards to the First 3 Winning Entries
10.55 a.m. Teams present their concepts and video aired (5 mins is allocated for each team)
3rd prize team come up and explain their production before airing
2nd prize team do likewise
1st prize team follow thereafter
11.15 a.m. Guests invited for refreshments
(Winning entries & 5 consolation prizes will be looped and played during refreshments)
Media, spokespersons and winning teams (top 3 winners) stay back for interview
11.40 a.m. Refreshments continue
